It begins with 60 or 90 minutes of traditional Thai massage on a floor mat — grounding the body and creating space through assisted stretches. It continues with 60 or 90 minutes on the table, blending Deep Tissue and Lomi Lomi techniques to dissolve tension, soften the fascia, and guide you into deep, harmonious rest.
